1. How long until my order will ship? Your order will be processed one or two business days after we receive your order. (For example, orders placed on Monday will be processed Tuesday or Wednesday.) Orders placed in the evening or over the weekend will not be processed until the following or second business day. (For example, orders placed on Friday night will be processed on Monday or Tuesday.)
2. Will you ship outside the U.S.?
Due to lengthy delivery times, broker's fees, high delivery charges and imposition of national or providential sales taxes on the customer, we do not ship outside the United States.
3. When will my order arrive?
The number of days in transit depends upon your location. Orders will be shipped from the Kansas City area.UPS Ground shipping is relatively quick. If you live within a 750 mile radius of Kansas City, you should receive your order within 2 or 3 business days after the order is processed. Please consult the chart on the Shipping page.
4. What types of payment do you accept?
The online store will accept MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit cards only. We cannot accept debit cards even if they have a MasterCard or Visa logo on them.
5. When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will only be billed when your order is ready to ship.
